Fire DepartmentThe Village of Holly Fire Department provides 24-hour emergency first response service and fire service to residents and businesses within our community. The Fire Department is staffed by 25 Firefighters/First responders. The Fire Station is located on 313 S. Broad Street. The Fire Department responds to all fire related calls such as structure fires, car fires, alarms, and citizen assists. All fire personnel are state certified in Firefighter I/II. The Holly Fire Department also responds to medical emergencies. Steve McGee was appointed as the Village of Holly’s Fire Chief in 2008 when the Village Council decided to partner with Groveland Township in an effort to increase service and reduce costs. Chief McGee began as an apprentice fire cadet in 1974 and progressed through the ranks, being promoted to Chief of the Department in 2001.
