ZBA Public Hearing 9-13-21

The Village of Holly Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) shall hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on September 13, 2021 in the Board of Education Room in the Karl Richter Community Center located at 300 East Street.  The public hearing is to consider the following variance from the Village Zoning Ordinance Sec. 154.04:

A request for a variance to allow for a pole sign which is otherwise a prohibited sign type located at 15191 N. Holly Road.

This meeting is open to the public.  Anyone wishing to comment on the variance request but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to – Village of Holly Zoning Board of Appeals, 300 East Street, Holly MI 48442.  A copy of the request is available at the Village of Holly Offices between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday.
