Public Hearing 3-24-21 using Zoom

In accordance with Article 21, Section 2106 of the Village of Holly Zoning Ordinance, that the Village of Holly Planning Commission will consider a request for Rezoning on March 24, 2021 at 7:00 PM (or as soon thereafter as possible) at an electronic Zoom meeting.

An application for rezoning from R1B (Single Family Residential) to C (Commercial) was filed by Robert L. Montgomery, 203 N. First, Holly, MI 48442.  The proposal is for the rezoning of the property located at 610 N. Saginaw Road, Parcel ID # IH-01-34-101-007

Written comments may be submitted to the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Karl Richter Center, 300 East Street, Holly, Michigan 48442 prior to the review at dbigger@hollyvillage.org.
