Public Hearing 11-10-20 on TIF/Development Plan Renewal

A public hearing will be held on the proposed renewal of the Village of Holly Downtown Development Authority Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and Development Plan renewal. A TIF/Development plan was established in 2000. The renewal will be for twenty (20) years.

It is hereby described as consisting of the general properties fronting or with addresses on the following Village streets: Grange Hall Road, North Holly Road, South Broad Street all to the Village limits, North Saginaw Street, South Saginaw Street, West Maple Street, East Maple Street from Saginaw Street to Railroad Tracks, North Broad Street, Front Street, Battle Alley, and the 100 blocks of First Street and Michigan Avenue

 Council will hold a public hearing to receive written and verbal comments from citizens regarding the TIF and Development Plan renewal on November 10, 2020 at 7:00 PM during the regular Council meeting which will be held electronically. Members of the public may participate electronically as described below.

Written comments may be submitted by email to the Village Clerk/Treasurer at dbigger@hollyvillage.org prior to the meeting.

Maps, plats and a description of the development plan are available for viewing at the Clerk/Treasurer’s office during regular business hours. All aspects of the plan will be open for discussion at the public hearing.
