Water/Sewer Information

These are unprecedented times that we are all facing due to the Covid-19 epidemic. The question has been asked regarding procedures in the water & sewer departments. While charges will still be due, for the next 30 days there will be no water “shutoffs” due to the inability to pay water and sewer usage. This decision will be reviewed again after the 30-day time period. However, please keep in mind that usage fees will continue to accumulate if not paid, so we encourage each user of the system to remain current through the following methods.

  • Online by accessing the payment portal on the Village website at www.hollyvillage.org
  • Telephone during Village of Holly regular business hours at (248) 634-9571
  • Setting up an ACH payment processing through Village offices or your own bank
  • Depositing in the drop box which is located along the street in front of Village Offices. The drop box will be emptied frequently every day so cash deposits during business hours are permitted.

Specific questions can be asked by telephone at (248) 634-9571 or email at dbigger@hollyvillage.org. I know it is tempting to use social media, but that is not always reliable and there is no guarantee it will be seen by village staff.

Let’s all work together as we handle the challenges during this difficult time. Take a minute to check on the elderly or those who we know have physical challenges and take care of one another. This is not bigger than us as we work together as a close community.
